Hello and Welcome to out blog. Our intention for this site is to educate the consumer, and out clients about the remodeling industry in general.
Our company Redeeming Restorations has been in business since 2008, which we started after working in the remodeling and home building industry for many years. We felt we could provide the general public with better service and products than the companies we had been working for. This drive continues with us today to ever improve our company and craftsmanship so that our clients are ecstatic with their home remodel project.
Did you know that on averageĀ 95% of contracting companies go under, or close up within their 1st year of business. That’s an extremely high percentage, that’s why it’s important to know who you are dealing with when it comes to the people you let work on your home. Which is one of the largest investments most people will ever make.
So how are we different most people ask, which can be a hard questions to answer.
- The main difference I see is that we generally care about our clients and their families, and like to establish long-term relationships with them.
- We also do the job right the first time. That being said we still do offer a full warranty on all our workmanship. We don’t want to have to come back and make repairs time and time again. Mistakes cost money & time. Besides when we see out customers again, we want it to be over a nice cup of coffee and pleasant conversation.
- We are fully licensed and insured. Which means we hold a current certificate through the state. allowing us to work on your home. Carry general liability insurance, and workman’s comp. Why is this important? If your contractor, or anyone gets hurt on the job we are liable to pay for the issuing medical bills, and any property damage that may have take place. If your “contractor” doesn’t carry these insurances you the homeowner will be held liable to pay.
- Since we are fully licensed we will pull the permits and schedule the inspections. If your “contractor” asks you to pull the permits that’s an immediate red flag.
- We only hire trained and skilled workers, and subcontractor that we can trust in your home. Our current full-time staff has over 30+years working in the construction industry, that is not including our outside consultants.
- All our subcontractors are licensed with the state, and carry their own insurance.
- We pay a fair wage to all our employees and sub-contractors. They have families too, and so they should be treated as just that “family” We treat them this way knowing that they will take extra care of your project and go that extra mile when needed. It builds company loyalty also.
- We are very detail orientated. You won’t hear us say ” you can’t see it from my house”, or “it will just get covered up, no one will know” IĀ like to be able to sleep at night, and that attitude which I have heard so often in the construction industry does not sit well with me, or our employee’s.
- We believe in quality workmanship, and use quality materials. Sure you can purchase substandard building materials to save money to help get your estimate down in cost. But that’s what you will end up with in the end. A substandard job done poorly. It’s better to spend a little more on materials and be happier years down the road, than to save a few hundred dollars only to be disappointed in the end.
- We genuinely care about our customers satisfaction with the project when it’s done. You would think most companies do, but in the end they are more concerned with getting their money and moving on. We want to see you back, and your friends and family also. We are in this for the long run. For us this isn’t just a job, but a legacy to pass onto our employees and our children.
